Using the Card

The Gift Card is plastic, sized like an EFTPOS card, and is used just like any debit or savings card. Once you have purchased a Gift Card from one of our Information Kiosks, it is this simple to use:

• Take your Gift Card to any Participating Retailer  at a Kiwi Income Property Trust shopping centre.

• Present your Gift Card to the Participating Retailer  together with the item(s) you wish to purchase.

• Using the EFTPOS terminal, the retailer will swipe the Gift Card for the amount of the purchase.

• If the total cost of the item(s) you are purchasing is less than the balance on the Gift Card, a credit will remain on the card for the balance.  If the total cost of the item(s) you are purchasing is greater than the balance on the Gift Card, you will need to use another form of payment to make up the difference.

• You’re done!
